True but they still own better than 50% of their market, and that market is an increasing pie, not a decreasing one, I don't expect them to win all of their contracts. They are doing more and better overseas, and that will be important going forward, still like them as a possible takeover candidate too. As far as a take out, my bet would be LU, who they compete against, and LU may just find it easier to buy them out instead of trying to win their customers over one at a time. Just my opinion of course.
