I've read somewhere that if the right shoulder is higher than the left, it isn't a valid H&S formation. Anyone?

Re. HS - A formation is convincing if RS is LOWER than the LS, and when vol at LS is the largest followed by RS and the head. It is even more convincing if RS is below the neck line. None of those charts you pointed have these characteristics. These stocks may go down, but not on HS formation, rather because they are just HS! -g-
