As I recall, and I am almost never wrong about something like this, Rick and Hank and several others held on to a few "good will" shares which would also qualify them, fortunately, for any soon to take place "moveable feast."

Anyway, I am sure "the great good guy," paul, would have no objection based on technicalities. His nobility is such that I am sure he would even be happy to have us bring any family members who might be able to accompany us.

Thanks for the offer. I am watching PRLN with increasing interest but still have not bought back in. Perhaps soon. However, my father is still a shareholder, so I still have an indirect vested interest in what happens to this company. Although I may not be at the shareholders meeting, I still anticipate that somebody will post a synopsis here.
