Hmmm How long does it take a letter you send out by regular mail 3 days the norm IMHO sometimes quicker sometimes longer so TSIG says Fulfillment All orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receiving authorization for payment unless a priority shipping method is selected or unless part of the shipment is on backorder. 24 - 48 hours of receiving authorization so lets say 48 hours goes by your order is shipped. Mail IMHO goes by business days not weekends 3 days or a tad more to be shipped puts you at 5 to 10 days depending on what day you placed your order IMHO Have you ordered from our Competition I have same time frame for CDs to get to my house and they give you 3 or 4 options as well for a higher cost if I want them right away. Another thing we use Valley Media as our vendor as well as most of our competition so I believe these back orders and so on happen elsewhere as well. One more thing if you keep pestering the company how are they suppose to get any work done . To me all things will improve a ton when we get the new Web Site up and running I have been here almost a year as a shareholder and I am willing to wait another month or two to see what awaits us in the days ahead I plan on being a shareholder of this company for a very long time to come. I just do not understand you Swordsman one day your hyping the heck out of TSIG next day your trying to put them down. I hope you understand TSIG IMHO is a new start up company and they need time to get started so I hope you are patient enough to wait for them to work the bugs out. But again the above what I posted from there Web Page covers them for all the things you are accusing them of doing wrong .. David
