Hey Sig,

Great to find you here on the Oracle-thread. Agree with your
observations. I consider both Dell and Oracle als well-managed
companies, with a bright future and great fundamentals.
Only difference is that Dell trades at a PE of > 100.
Oracle still below PE 50.

I also consider Oracle as THE internet-stock from a risk/reward
point of view.

So let's do the buy&hold&get rich-trick we learned on the
Dell-thread.

BTW I'm now working for Cap Gemini and are project-manager Y2k
for the dutch DoD. (Lots of work to do!)

Made a bet about Oracle with a (female) colleague. A bottle
of champaign against a bottle of whiskey. She picked MSFT.
Oracle up 70% since then (18 nov) and MSFT 60%. One way
or the other, I will get drunk soon with her. And that is
what counts.

How's life with you and Jan?

With regards,

Paul

Thanks Sig... I do a knack for selling out too early though - oh well. I can't be too greedy. Right now I'm in SEG (around 25) and CPQ (around 24). I recently jumped into COMS and EGRP. As you can tell I love techs so I'm hoping the recent rally continues. ORCL is my top holding and I think there is a lot more unside there. What do you like these days?
