Dan GUMM released the following news release:biz.yahoo.com It states the following: >GumTech International, Inc. (Nasdaq: GUMM - news) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with Gel Tech, Inc. to form a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) to market and distribute ZICAM(TM), a new homeopathic cold remedy. Under the agreement, GumTech will own a 60% interest in the joint venture.< I did a 10 year search on ZICAM, Zinullose and Gel Tech using Lexis Nexis (see link below on their subscription services):lexis-nexis.com and came up with this: The last hit was for a company in England [Main Menu] [Last Form] [Prev] [Next] [Help] Your search produced 3 documents. PR Newswire, January 28, 1999, Thursday, Financial News, 385 words, GumTech Announces Joint Venture for Homeopathic Cold Remedy, PHOENIX, Jan. 28 PR Newswire, January 28, 1999, Thursday, Financial News, 374 words, GunnAllen Financial Reiterates Buy Rating on GumTech International with 12-Month Price Target of $24, TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 28 Birmingham Evening Mail, July 31, 1998, Friday, Pg. 37, 145 words, SECURITY FOR THE FUTURE The information provided by Gel Tech certianly implies the Gel Tech is a venture with GUMM, however that contradicts the information from GUMM and the ABI listing for Gel Tech that I previously posted. From what I can find it appears that Gel Tech is a wholesaler of pharmaceutical products with R Steven Davidison listed as the owner. I could find no references to R Steven Davidison or Steven Davidison in the medical publications. Also nothing exists for Dr. Charles Hensley or Charles B. Hensley (although Charles Hensley is poupular as on is a lawman in texas another was recently convicted of cocain trafficing and a third won 1mil in the hooser lottery). For what its worth the only publications on Gel Tech, Zicam the two Dr's referenced in your post are from either the GUMM, Gel Tech, or Gunn Allen Press releases. Very fishy in my opinion.
