I owned TSQD one year before DRIV went public and sold all of my TSQD the day DRIV went public. I feel that DRIV is a better pure play Internet e-commerce infrastructure investment than TSQD which has an option to buy 3 million DRIV shares and whose basic business is not appealing to me.

The stock performance of TSQD has been spotty since DRIV went public but of late has been trending in the same direction.

My advice is to stick with DRIV.
