James, thanks for the reply. <<I don't think they're taking salary>> They are going to compensate themselves somehow, probably stock. I also suspect that the Common B will have juicy dividends in time. I'm really not trying to be a pain in the ass about VTPI, but there has been stock price behavior that is determined after the fact, not before. Since Common B has majority voting rights we didn't even have a say in the shares authorized, we have no voice. This company can dilute until they need to reverse split. It's difficult to build a loyal shareholder base when shareholders are treated like tits on a bull and only told about issues that affect them after their stock is already lower. I'm certain that my complaint would fall on deaf ears because of their mindset. They believe that shareholders aren't important because the company is the product of their hard work. However, they fail to appreciate that shareholders take a risk funding the operation. It would be nice to see some appreciation by management of that fact and change their abusive methods.
