THANK YOU ! I'm glad to hear that you hadn't put your own CENTURY 21 office in.Tried to work the Oklahoma stuff once, trouble was I couldn't guarantee clear title to the land. What with dust storms and tornados we could never be sure which state it was going to be in ! By the way the highlight of my 20 plus years in this business was when I sold some swamp land here in Alaska to some people from Florida . Told them It had GOLD under that muskeg. Ron
