Jeffrey, sometimes Spugsie posts before thinking, this is one of those times. My questions to you regarding this case pertained to the 10Q and 10K filings, and whether or not this case has to be disclosed. Spidey in his post forgot about that and instead did his selling of manipulation routine. For review once again is the following acknowledgement by Spidey: you are such a dunce guy. it has been addressed on this thread many times. 'nextech' = charles krisfelusi 1) aznt has filed this case against nextech If this is true, does this not have to be disclosed under pending/litigation? 2) it is my understanding that there has yet to be a hearing & that the matter is in preliminary stage This would establish pending litigation if what Spidey says is true. Does this not have to be included in the filings? 3) there could have been no "summary judgements" as you tell shareholders since there has been no hearing 4) the matter pertains , as i recall, to the 224k shares of 144 of charlies & his attorney's tifers insistent demand ta lift legends on that stock before the restriction expired. i believe nextech counter sues also but i do not know why. Once again shareholder Spidey knows details of the suit it appears, yet I can not find it in the AZNT filings. Once again, AZNT states in their most recent 10Q filed last month the following: PART II - OTHER INFORMATION ITEM 1. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS None; not applicable. Obviously based on the posts, there are in fact legal proceedings. Isn't AZNT required to state that instead of stating that there are none?

The filing time for this type of legal action has to be reported in the companies 10Q and then if they lose they have to file an 8K then they have to do it all over again in the 10K and a subsequent S-1 registration filing. So, if this case is more than 6 months old, AZNT's next 10Q or K should show it.

1. The lawsuit is entitled Nextech, Inc. vs. Amazon Natural Treasures; so obviously you are WRONG about who brought suit. jeffy boy you are a real dunce. as you & tonto promote this case you two knuckleheads may have took the time to do more of your "professional research". there is a counter suit to the aznt suit against charlie. this case is only in the preliminary stages. there have been no rulings as the judge is still deciding the merit of the case is my understanding. it appears you & tonto are playing shills for charlie aka nextech. procure & scan it jeffy boy! lololol ! 2. The judge issued a summary judgment in favor or Nextech so the case is OVER. Do I expect AZNT to honor any of Nextech's shares? Of course not, Sylver has his "reputation" to uphold. LOL. he did? before he even decided if there was any merit to the case? so you are sure about this huh guy? you are also sure the restrictions have been met? you seem to know more then everyone guy, so why do you waste your time bashing penny stocks on the internet, you should become judge yourself guy! lololol ! 3. Case # is CVS98-01622EWH(LRL). Don't take my word for it.
