Red, remember that in theory the financing price should be higher to reflect the "potential" of the company, but the realistic price is going to be as low as the investment houses can make it. That's why I say $5 US, that's as low as you can go in regards to a NASDAQ listing. Remember, that the price hasn't even reached that price yet.

Also, that's $50MUS in BII coffers. They can do some pretty serious expansion with that!
