Spidey, there you go again. Applauding is your word for this go around I take it...

But, let us stay on track. This is not to be tried on SI squeezer thread, but it is instead in a real court of law. Your SI squeezer court room is irrelevant. <s>

My question pertains to requirements of companies disclosing pending/ongoing lawsuits. The company states there are none, you state there are. One is incorrect and should correct their statement.

".......This Nextech, Inc. is a Delaware Corporation that Mikey apparently tried to screw by not honoring the 144 shares he sold them. They sued and won. My records show they now have 224,000 free-trading shares......"

these records sound interesting guy but not to good. it is funny to watch tonto applaud this great research of yours!!
we have discussed the issue of charlies 224k shares & the threatening phone calls 2 ta's recieved from his attorney tifer before. as you know the last ta was informed by aznt that lifting the legends before the restriction expired would not be acceptable.
since aznt has become self-transfer i believe the threatening phone calls have ceased.

the 244k shares, to my knowledge, is restricted stock, not free trading as "your records" indicate. also i believe there has been no hearing as of yet & the case is in the preliminary stages so again your "records" indicating a "judgement" against aznt should be filed in the same folder where the "judgement" wellrich won against aznt
@ your arbitration hearing in sept is filed. at least you have tonto applauding your great diligence, that must account for something guy.

spider.

Weren't you saying just the other day that AZNT WON its case against Charlie K?

But now:

also i believe there has been no hearing as of yet & the case is in the preliminary stages

Gotcha again, Spidey. This is waaaayyyyy too easy.
