<Believers>

"On the other hand a r/s and subsequent implosion would provide an opportunity for believers( individuals and institutions) to buy cheaper stock and average down."

Others of us -- just call us <believers> - would average up by borrowing more expensive stock to enjoy the run down.

"I hear that there are some astute oil types who are very optimistic about the blk 4 potential if it gets drilled."

OTOH, I've heard some other astute oil types tell me the exact opposite... that they'd never touch this concession with a ten-foot barge pole. Since they lived in Nigeria for many years, know the concession well, and they work exclusively on international E&P developments, I take their precautions seriously.

From their description, it sounds like this stock already has one foot in the grave.

Hopefully, for the sake of ABACF longs, they'll be proven wrong, but I wouldn't bet on it.
