Maryann, the bottom line is no one on this thread (unless they are a PRFM employee) knows the relationship btw the 2 men, or if the father in law was peeved about how he treats his daighter, or even if he was happy that he married her at all. We are all just speculating on those events, and speculation doesn't help anyone here.

But the facts on the SEC documents are there to see... 1 man for 3 months getting demoted twice, (with ensuing pay cuts)... with ensuing less prestigious positions.

Most people on SI seem to be male, and for anyone that is female, you know how guys tick (the guys at work, husbands, boyfriends). Do you see all the testosterone on the typical SI thread? All the egos? All the fighting between thread "gurus" about how they are the best ever?
Check out TokyoMex thread and all the testosterone that goes on between TokyoMex and Anthony on a daily basis... ridiculous. Biggest egos I've ever encountered in my life. (trust me, any person in the world who can buy a stock than have 500 lemmings buy the stock right after him is going to look like a genuis when it "magically" goes up)

Males are about egos, (especially men high up the corporate ladder) and this guy's ego must be shattered, getting demoted twice and than going home to his wife and knowing it was HER dad (along with the board) who was responsible. Try living through that as a guy...

PRFM - Has anyone considered that they may have bigger and better things planned for Falic? Knowing well in advance their timing on the new web site, PRFM "demoted" him down to where his departure would affect the stock less. Combine that with a Friday night announcement so that the shareholders have the weekend to digest it all and knowing the real "blow out" news will be coming Monday, when would it be better for Falic to announce his departure?

If he was a worthless twit, they should have run him off long ago or gave him a long title in an office with no telephone. As a family member, you can earn an excellent income sharpening pencils.

For PRFM, Falic's departure may have been well timed and should be considered a "non-event".

Good luck on Monday.
