Mistake. IDTC is not a reseller. It has its own channels and switches.
They just had so much business, that they had to rent additional capacity to route it. Thats why their margins temporarily fell , and
analysts downgraded it.
They are shifting the business to route the calls through the internet. Thats why its cheap. Net2Phone has 2 options.

1. You can call on any phone in the world from your computer. (the other party doesn't need a computer).

2. Net2Phone Direct. You can call from any phone in the world to any phone in the world. The call is being routed through the internet, until it reaches their swithces.

This is the new model of long distance business. And it will be extremely succesfull.
