OT - This suit could backfire against all those involved with Starpoint. The boys behind the Starpoint promotion were no angels. Global could also be in deep sh#t. After their tussle with the SEC these past few years they have just about called in all their favours from the local brokers. On the other hand, First Marathon recently escaped any serious penalty over the Cartaway fiasco. Blaring headlines, mudslinging, and talk of reform will most likely all fade away, leaving the lawyers as the only victors. etc.
