Mr Goldfinger

Please explain why a "non-crim" stock like EBAY has shares locked up for only 6 months - and IFLY had shares locked up for 12 months and another 2 million + shares locked up for 24 months.

24 MONTH LOCKUP. Explain

Little Hubric, can you explain to me why a company such as EBAY who is being investigated by the City of New York for facilitating fraudulent auctions, is not a crim company?

Can you explain to me also why companies that are underwritten by brokerage houses such as Smith Barney, Merril Lynch, Paine Webber, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers are not crim companies? Those brokerage houses were accused and fined by the SEC for alleged price-rigging on NASDAQ.
