First, I would like to say if you are investing in this stock then talking about avenues of distribution and products carried are great topics.

But if you are just "trading" on movement and momentum, then it doesnt matter if it is the next pet rock.

As long as this stock is trading 3x the level as compared to 2 weeks ago, then I think you have to look at the investing angle. Lets face it, the stock dropped on Friday after hitting the high at the open. This leads me to believe the MM were realing as many people in as possible before they dropped it. The rally at the end was no more than the shorts covering from the 13 1/2 level.

bbruin,

I just talked to my wife about this. She has used the same perfume for several years. "Beautiful" She said the problem was it's very hard to find. Many of the stores around here just get a very small allotment, and it goes fast. I asked her if there was a place on the internet where she could buy it at a discount anytime would she do it.....and I got an emphatic "YES" She agreed most women use the same brands year after year....so the "non sniff" shouldn't be a problem.

She thinks the idea will go over big....just like the gals on CNBC yesterday.

This is a very high margin business. Unlike books, cd's etc. The only reason PRFM hasn't been turning a profit in the past is because of rapid expansion of brick and mortar stores....Their Gross margins are high. The internet is ideal for them to sell high volumes of a high gross margin product at a small cost. With a big PR blitz....I think they will sell perfume by the bucketload...

Just my opinion

Lee
