martin, You are weighing too much on this NHS stuff. It is an internal English matter. Germany and France already decided NOT to pay for Viagra through their national health care systems. Do you really think it would be smart for Pfizer to sue them and piss them off so that they throw even more future red tape at Pfizer when other drugs are up for consideration. Pfizer wouldn't have a leg to stand on. Unless Pfizer could provide a solid method of determining who really has ED vs who wants Viagra as an "enhancer" they can not deny the abuse potential that would suck precious health care dollars from other more vital programs.
