It's a book by Ellen Fine and Sherrie Schneider. The full title is The Rules: Time-tested Secrets for Capturing the Heart of Mr. Right. Need I say more?

There is more, but not as a full time job.

The Rules is a book published a year or so ago that laid out a female strategy for getting a man and having him commit to you.

There is now a second variation from the same authors.

I will reserve judgement.
