(Dec. 9) BUSINESS WIRE -Dec. 9, 1998--Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. (OTC BB:ADOT) Wednesday announced that Harold C. Herman has joined its board of directors. Herman is a member of the New York and California Bars, former senior partner of Herman, Mcginnis and Kass Esqs., previous principal of the real estate corporation, Herman and Appley Inc., and was a supervisor in the patent department of Bell Telephone Laboratories. He is also an engineer holding an advanced degree in mathematics. ADOT has reached certain milestones in its initial contract and is in the process of completing certain additional phases of its contract. Payments are on schedule.
