Why not? Rather read a good book and listen to good music than ride around in a boxie car.

Driving is necessary for most, not discretionary.
A good book/music can be free - library and radio stations.
Regards.

LOL...riiight. Me, I prefer to do both: I drive btw, not ride. I drive my 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix, loaded with everything. 3.8 Liters to command while the fully automatic CD plays my fav tunes. The CD starts a few seconds after the engine comes to life, and doesn't power off until the door opens. For convenience during drive-time, all the CD/radio controls are on the steering wheel, conveniently lit for night-time driving.

Enjoy your couch, dude! :)))))
