Frank You are absolutely right, When management and insiders have enough faith to risk their own capital, when others in the
risk capital business won't, it speak volumes for their
faith in a project and it makes them highly motivated
to ensure success which appears to be what happened here.

As well, venture capitalists in Canada certainly did not
have the same perspective on internet ventures as their U.S
counterparts did a couple of years ago.

Thats one of the beauties of the ASE Junior Capital Pool
(JCP) If you have a good idea and can convince a few friends of it's
worth, then you can raise your seed capital through a JCP on the
ASE. Not suggesting that is what happened here but it certainly
has all the earmarks.

The venture pool markets such as this on the ASE and a similar
one on the VSE are a godsend to financially challenged
people with a good idea.

IMHO these markets are the future of the ASE and will
continue to be a good investment arena for the small or individual
investor.
