Bargainstocker, you are a funny guy! I'll have to admit, I also jumped on this stock without much DD. I assumed that the web site belonged to ISTV based on the names being the same and the momentum of the stock. I was also warned but was able to take my original investment out which wasn't much anyway. I'm letting the rest ride even though it looks like a rough one. Vince
