FWIW-Under 13D filings in this weeks Barron's. It shows that FMR
parent of Fidelity Investments owns 4,289,300 shares, after
buying 1,195,670 from Oct. 30 to Jan. 11.

In your post you mentioned you were sure that Fidelity has sold its stake in ABT..... Could you please post where you found this to be a fact... I have gone though my usual sites to confirm that what you say is true and cannot find anything but my info may be stale... I will look to call Fidelity on Mon....
