Again I must disagree and in fact your very point would incriminate Viagra.

The EU could have claimed that Pfizer never did adequate clinical trials covering the at risk group and used this as an excuse to deny Viagra approval but they did not.

Had they done this, Viagra wouldn't have a leg to stand on and they would have been forced to produce Viagra studies on men with CVD. In essence they would have been forced to shoot themselves in the foot.

Now as far as the NHS's position is concerned, it looks like their recommendations will win because the complainers will not be able to provide a list of other programs that should be cut so that the British government can fund Viagra for every Tom Dick and Harry who wants to be a stud. We are talking about practicality here. The proViagra bitchers can complain all they want. It's not going to change anything.
