Hraka, aha I see... good point. I am not an experienced shorter, I have just gone short 2x, and bought PUTs once (on DBCC)

But I do know what you say is true, I was trying to short SKYM at least 4x between 30 and 40 and broker couldnt get me any.

So that sort of makes it easier for longs than shorts, because you have to short at a lower level than you could if shares were freely available, reducing your potential gains...
