In an era of tight financing I believe
the recent $12 million deal shows XOMA
is still able to obtain necessary financing,
the life blood of biotechs....and at
a 60% premium.

I still find it unsatisfactory that Dow Jones
carried the story hours before we were able to
see it posted by XOMA. Current investors
should get the news first, or at least as soon
as it is publicly released.
