TD: You have a motivated partner taking a molecule forward into huge phase III testing. You have competitive projects falling off like flies. You have a research premium (to cash, not book) of $40 million. You have potential leverage with piv. No question that I buy into management's "more interest than subscribers". This looks very much like bridge financing with an intent to limit dilution at this low share price. But, bridging to what? Very interesting to see BVF climbing into the same bed as Rosenthal again.
