You can take any losing company and use the same logic.
You can say "all they need to do is raise their prices".

I think this is a moot point, anyway.
They presently advertise and sell their service as free. They do not indicate that they have the right to charge for this service in the future.
They could open themselves up to lawsuits if they did so.

We disagree here tonyt. Face it, AOL always charged for their service. People accepted the fact they had to pay for it. The same does not apply to Geocities. Correct me if I'm wrong, Geociteis advertised the websites as free forever. They will not start charging for it. And if they do, people will flee or worse yet sue.
