Janice, the company did state that the DTC was already a defendant in the case, yet Pugsie posts otherwise. Mikey's affidavit clearly identifies the DTC as a defendant...early on.

But, I go back once again to the filings. This thread has decided to focus on the lawsuits as being the most important thing going on with AZNT. Fundamentals are not discussed.

Pugsie and the company have advised how important this case is to the company. If the company loses the case and everything does not fall into place as we have been advised by the squeezers it shall, will this not have a serious effect on the stock?

Their filings are very misleading as filed.

If that is the case, does this not have to be included in the filings? AZNT states that there are no lawsuits ongoing or pending
