The announced capacity of VLNC competitors represents just their first generation lines. Sony did this same build-up strategy when the pioneered the introduction of the liquid lithium ion battery--a technology many thought could not be commericialized (sounds familiar). It is interesting to note which companies are using build up vs. shot gun.

Why do you keep saying that 270 workers is good, it is bad. Most companies that are developing high speed fully automated production lines want to use as few people as possible. 270 people indicated to me their is a problem with organizing work there.
