Jon, I'm not so sure that's correct. BAANF traded on the NASDAQ for quite some time before they started reporting under GAAP. If I'm not mistaken that was when they ran into the problems with how they were accounting for revenue which was the beginning of the end for them.

I think that the U.S. standards for accounting which are governed by GAAP and all these FASB's and other opinions issued by the accounting gods here in the U.S. don't necessarily apply to non U.S.companies immediately.

If someone knows this with certainly, please correct me if I'm wrong.
