Michelle, >>these ERP companies need to totally overhaul and shift R&D focus to the internet.<< I'm not in a position to know but your commment reminds me that I don't remember seeing any press releases from the ERP folks about that. Certainly they've noticed that the major players in the front office space they are attempting to invade already have web-enabled products already available with more coming out this year. Using the web for access is a natural way of communicating, especially in the SFA market with all of its mobile users and in the external help desks market. --Mike Buckley
