This is a Rosenthal or Rosenthal-like company. I suspect that they know that some of their irons in the fire stink, big-time. The game, one that I find repulsive, is to gather funding while a wide net is thrown.

This was certainly one of biotech's worst-managed companies, if not the worst-managed company, pre-Costello. The guy has had his hands tied, and he seems to be at least carving a path...... success with menigo, or disaster (or buying op, to use Bob K.'s logic, which I don't have a problem with).
