We all know what the EBAY matter is about,it was known a test case would inevitably come---EBAY matches buyer and sellers from all over the world--that's what they do---so the inevitable test case would appear if one of those sellers were to rip-off a buyer would EBAY be liable-----EBAY clearly stated that this is a risk aspect of the stock and have stated clearly they expected such a litigation to surface--- it has no bearing in this discussion-- But Sergio because you have such respect for IFLYer----you have clearly classified your pedigree.Max90
