Check out CLPA cellpathways.com. Their lead off drug,
Prevatac, has just completed Phase III human clinical trials for
APC (Familial Polyposis, colon polyps that always turn into cancer).
Also in phase II/III trials for sporadic colon polyps (28 million
cases per year in US), prostate cancer, breast cancer, Barrett's
Esophagus (pre-cancerous polyps in esophagus) and lung cancer. This
will be $100 by the end of this year, and $2-300 stock by the end
of the following year. Have over 200 compounds to create programmed
cell death of cancer cells without harming healthy cells, some of
which are several thousand times more powerful than Prevatac. There
are almost no side effects from Prevatac, a sulfone derivative of
sulindac (Clinoral Merck). Merck spent over $15 million to try and
accomplish what Cell Pathways has done with drug, but they were not
successful. Over 100 patents pending and some just granted. Market
for Prevatac in the billions and that is just the beginning. CHECK
THIS OUT and do your own DD. Good thread on this company on the
Ragingbull.com site.
