Has me worried too, but remember they spent some time talking about the 2 pronged approach they have to get qualified people at the last conference call. One was buying more companies for the employees and the other was the recruiting and training internally. I believe they recognize the problem and are taking action to meet that challenge. It is a better problem to have that not being able to get business most of the time. IMHO
