Doug: Should read npecf.. or NPECs... Ye old "s" stands for self intrest or IMVHO,

operating for the gain of investors? or others? That's a question.

The others are called true investors with money in hand.

Just wondering if someone works for a company and draws no pay can they take the income out
in stock? Would that be a good deal, a president or CFO gets say $50,000 a year from the
firm. The stock trades at .02 cents average for months and the wage is paid off in stock
based on .02 cents. So my math quiz for the day would be how many shares would the officers
and directors or staff get of the total from back wage of say 18 months??? na, let's use
12 months... Also say there are 3 to be paid at the same rate. Just how much stock would
be needed to make the total amount due? I'm not saying that NPEC has this going on I just
wish to find out if it could be done. If so what would the total amount of stock
come to each year??

Regards, God Bless
Jim...
