The filings normally include current information as of the filing date, the quarter is irrelevant. That is why I have concerns regarding the report of no litigation ongoing in their SEC filing. As of 12/98 they reported none existed.

Oddly enough, it would seem that AZNT's management believes that in its SEC filings it need only disclose what it feels like disclosing.

So they go on at length about the Webksite of the Future and the Talking Indian, while at the same time blithely assuring investors, potential invetors, and the SEC itself that it's not involved in any legal proceedings.

I really wonder just how many suits there are out there by now? I was looking forward to the release of the 10Q; thought we'd find out. Guess not.
