Anthony, True, Southwest has never crashed. They also have a pretty good business model both from a financial and a safety standpoint. They only fly one type of plane, the Boeing 737 and therefore they focus their expertise on the maintenance of this plane. Good for safety and also requires fewer dollars for spare parts. I've flown LUV nearly every week for the past 3 1/2 years and have nothing negative to say about them (assuming that you know how to deal with the cattle call thing). JXM
