I know I just got interested in this topic when I became a mgr and had to find housing etc for the people who worked for me who were about 8-10 yrs younger.

BTW with the exception of Social Security most of the unfair laws that I am concerned with are a result of the California proposition system which allows any majority group to get something on the ballot with essentially no controls. The only way to check some of this stuff is to legally declare it unconstitutional. The Ca constitution is a mess because of it I think. Its not just taxation issues either - there was this entire debate about a patients bill of rights but the worst off group are women under 30 with respect to these HMOs and absolutely nothing came up with regards to them. They just dont have the numbers to be a powerful voting bloc.

PS if you are really a coach, which I doubt, and since you appear to have time on your hands why dont you figure out whats wrong with the UT football dept and write them about how to fix it
