Mel: you are right about GIGO analogy. No automated tool has ever been invented or will ever be invented imho, which can make any one profit in the market consistently. "Looking at the past data only and algorithmically churning out forecast" model is perpetually doomed in the proper evaluation of psychologically random events such as market movements. I do know this however: when IFMX was in the dumps at 4-5 last August, everything I studied indicated to me that its headed higher and it went as far as 13; and now, everything I studied for IOM indicates to me that its headed higher! [In fact, I'm so confident at this stage that I'm willing to go out on the limb here, and say that if IOM does not hit 20 before the year end, I'm willing to walk in the society after shaving-off only-half of my mustache! :-) ... the day will never come! :-)]. But hey, smart or dumb people make mistakes equally sometimes, in their life, in the investment arena! Only difference is ... this time its going to be at least ridiculous/funny if that happens! Not! :-) We'll see at the end of the year for that, won't we? :-).

regards to all,
-/Sonny.
