Relisting. [not directed directly at you Gerry]

Why is it that everybody seems to think that

a) WAVE can apply for relisting on a Friday and have it approved on the following Monday and

b) there is a specific period that the stock must stay above $5 [i.e. 21days, 30 days, etc.]

First, there is no way that the paperwork could get processed that fast for anything. Wave isn't "special" in Nasdaq's eyes, just another company that failed listing requirements in the past and wants back on "board"

Second, the wording of the regulations is "...the requirement that the minimum bid price for the Company's Class A Common Stock will continue to be at least $5.00 per share through the application review period" which could be 21 days, or 30 days, or 42 days, or 27 days or .......

I, personally, think the relisting is in the bag. The company expects it to take 4 - 6 weeks. I will be very happy if is realized in two weeks.

Remeber, if you're not sure about a fact, verify it.
