Tomato, can you summarize what all that legal talk means?

I vote that we don't sell until the cows come home. I'm in this for the long term and don't want someone to buy WSP out until we have made swiss cheese of the area and extracted more large diamonds from the pipe. The poison pill sounds good, hope it works.

Thanks Sapper. My eyes started to glaze over after a few paragraphs. The part about paying double the market price---who is going to pay that???? Could that screw up a decent offer? Do we all have one "rights" share for each regular share we own? Think I'll need to re-read it a couple times when I'm more in the mood. Definitely don't understand it yet.

teevee- can you explain why RTZ and/or DeBeers would make an offer before the bulk sample results come back? Wouldn't they want to make sure they weren't getting a pig in a poke before making an offer? Someone did mention a nodule theory (was it Kaiser?) about how the bulk sample might have been from a particularly rich part of the dyke/sheet? Or did the latest results disprove and remove that complaint from the mix?

Oh, and you think there is more than one pipe in the SOURCE target area?
