Guys/Gals, I want to appeal for your help. Major slave raids are slated in the Sudan next month by the NIF Government. Please pick up your phone and call your congressional representative and ask for her/him to seek UN intervention before the raids occur.... News Article by AFP on January 28, 1999 at 18:02:20: Swiss agency buys freedom for Sudanese slaves · "GENEVA, Jan 28 (AFP) - Some 1,050 people in Sudan, mainly women and children, have been released from slavery after a Swiss aid agency paid 50 dollars each for their freedom, the agency said in Geneva on Thursday. · Christian Solidarity International (CSI), which has "bought back" a total of 5,066 slaves in Sudan over the last four years, also repeated an appeal for action to the United Nations. · This latest group was freed earlier this month in the southern Bahr-el-Ghazal province of Sudan, a country where the Christian and animist south is fighting the Arab and Moslem-dominated government in Khartoum. · The money was paid to Arab traders who work with the agency and who find the slaves in the north, then bring them back to the south. · CSI belives thousands of people have been abducted during raids by pro-governmental militias in the south to be sold into slavery in the north. · Witnesses among those freed have spoken of various forms of physical and psychological ill-treatment, including cut throats, excision, death threats, forced conversions to Islam and beatings, the agency reported. · CSI said that big raids were planned for next month and appealed to UN Secretary General Kofi Annan and the UN Human Rights Commissioner, Mary Robinson, to intervene. · The organization works under the terms of 1990 peace accords reached between Sudanese Arabs and members of the Dinka community, which called on the Arabs to help Dinkas recover women and children sold into slavery."

James; Please let me remind you that in this Age of Grace God does not recognize any distinctions between nationalities. He only cares whether or not you are a Christian. GOD only cares for one to know the TRUTH...... Your ideology of Christianity is just that. Why not say he only cares for one to recognize the death of his son for the sins of the world and to accept this wonderful sacrifice and live accordingly with the same LOVE and compassion he showed while he was being butchered on the cross. Your focus on True Israel is nonsense and if you feel you are justified by claiming it I am happy for you. Do you think the majority of Jews were angels when they were slaves in Egypt do you think they were pleasing to God.... but then again for the few good grapes God deemed to free them from their affliction.... Do you feel that their could be a few good grapes today or are all Jews as Emile wishes to deem anti-christ or are in some way trying to divert Jews to the darkside. Moses was a good Grape and this example is all through the Bible. For every verse you wish to deem to satisfy your justification I can give you many that will tear down the very few that you deem to harp on as well as Emile. Remember the verse were it depicts Israel will be blind until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in. How can Israel be blind if you claim that it comprises of ones who know and accept the truth (Christianity being that they have accepted Jesus) Romans 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. Is not Israel blind (Jews) and also make note until the fullness of the Gentiles come in.......... It is only obvious with regards to Israel and Gentiles being just that and nothing more. Will Gentiles be grafted in sure they will when he returns. But if one has the attitude of being righteous over others I feel it will cause many to be simply surprised with regards to what will happen when all this takes place. Please make note of the word conceit as depicted in the above verse. Harping on ones purity with regards to accepting Jesus I would label as pretty conceited. P.S. Were Jews not slaves in Germany under Hitler. Have they not been liberated to their homeland. Does history repeat itself and also GOD does not change. A Jew will tell you no more and GOD the Father will honor his covenant with his messenger for the mere fact of a few good GRAPES. A Jew has much to offer to a Christian, but that offering has been tarnished and destroyed by the bulldog mentality of some Christians....
