This doesn't sound like a stock market bubble.

"NEW YORK -- U.S. investors pared the amount of money they put into stock mutual funds by 30 percent last year and increased their allocations to less risky fixed-income funds.
The Investment Company Institute reported that a net $158.8 billion was invested in stock funds last year, down from a record $227.1 billion in 1997. At the same, investors almost tripled the amount of money they devoted to taxable and municipal bond funds."
