Hey I remember those machines. I coded many a program on the Vax and the PDP-11's with their RSX11M operating system and VAX/VMS. You are absolutely right. Its so easy to say that someone else can do it. The fact is that they are doing it they have shown vision and that's what counts. As far as their web site, hey they have just got started. The bottom line is to integrate their products and that's what they have done.

Hiram you should do some research before you invest in a company or post messages:


Look at Dell,CPQ, are they proprietary? DIMD has a huge head start,and the big boys will not enter the market until the RIAA lawsuit is cleared up. There is only one company that may risk it,and that is MSFT.


There 5-10 companies planning on offering MP3 players with more on the way:

Its called winamp, I just heard about it on ttalk.

Winamp should have been one of the first sites you encountered if you have done anything with MP3. There are links to it all over the place.
