No one knows the details. But I think it is pretty clear that you should hold and will benefit in some way, whether it be from getting spinoff shares that will probably be worth 50-60 in the market or simply by the stock going up in anticipation of the IPO/spinoff. Personally, I think this could skyrocket over the next few months as IDTC becomes recognized as the (part) owner of a first class Internet company with extraordinary prospects. Relax and hold. Or even better get excited and hold!!
