Yes..with all the attention directed at people who hype for a stock to go up (pumping) many fail to see that there is just as big a group of hypsters who shower negative thoughts/articles/comments in hopes that a stock will go down because they are short.

I agree 100%. In many ways they hurt investors more than pumping a stock. If you invested 1,000 and got caught high in pump and dump. You would lose 500 or 600. But if you did not invest 1000 because of a short selling basher and the stock goes on a run. You will lose 5,000 to 10,000.

They seem to show up on a thread after the stock has been running a couple of days. Almost like clock work.

This guy shows up two days after the stock starts to run up. The stock is trading .35 to .45 range. The people who listened to him did not buy in this range. I feel for them now.
